Services provided by TraceYourAssets are conditional upon the client’s signature of a service agreement. The fixed fee paid for services rendered is non-refundable and is not conditional upon results. Cancellation of services is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, S.2(3), and must be requested within the first 14 business days of the engagement, prior to the commencement of services.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
